RRB ALP की चयन प्रक्रिया काफी structured होती है और इसमें कई चरण शामिल होते हैं। इसे समझना आपकी तैयारी के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है। इसमें मुख्य रूप से चार चरण होते हैं:
मैंने देखा है कि कई स्टूडेंट्स CBT-1 को हल्के में ले लेते हैं और सोचते हैं कि ये तो बस क्वालीफाइंग है। लेकिन यहीं वो गलती करते हैं! अगर आप CBT-1 ही क्लियर नहीं कर पाए, तो आगे के चरणों में जाने का मौका ही नहीं मिलेगा। इसलिए, हर स्टेज को बराबर महत्व देना जरूरी है।
CBT-1 का सिलेबस काफी हद तक अन्य रेलवे परीक्षाओं जैसा ही होता है, लेकिन इसमें स्पीड और एक्यूरेसी बहुत मायने रखती है।
CBT-1 की तैयारी के लिए, मेरा सुझाव है कि आप हर दिन कम से कम 2 घंटे Mathematics और Reasoning को दें। General Science के लिए 1 घंटा और Current Affairs व General Awareness के लिए 1 घंटा। Mock Tests के बिना यह तैयारी अधूरी है। Unictest के Mock Tests आपको परीक्षा के माहौल में ढलने और अपनी गलतियों को सुधारने में मदद करेंगे। जब मैं अपने स्टूडेंट्स को यह रणनीति बताता हूँ, तो उनका कॉन्फिडेंस लेवल बहुत बढ़ जाता है, क्योंकि उन्हें एक क्लियर पाथ मिल जाता है।

तो दोस्तों, अगर आपने CBT-1 की बाधा पार कर ली है, तो अब बारी है असली खेल की – CBT-2! यह वो स्टेज है जिसके मार्क्स आपकी फाइनल मेरिट लिस्ट में जुड़ेंगे और आपको ALP की कुर्सी तक पहुंचाएंगे। Alwar के मेरे सभी मेहनती छात्रों के लिए, CBT-2 की तैयारी एक सुनियोजित रणभूमि की तरह होनी चाहिए। Unictest आपको इस रणभूमि में विजय दिलाने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है।
CBT-2 दो भागों में बंटा होता है – Part A और Part B। दोनों का अपना महत्व है और दोनों को क्लियर करना जरूरी है।
Part A में 100 प्रश्न होते हैं और आपको 90 मिनट मिलते हैं। इसके मार्क्स ही आपकी मेरिट तय करते हैं।
Part B में 75 प्रश्न होते हैं और आपको 60 मिनट मिलते हैं। यह केवल क्वालीफाइंग नेचर का होता है (35% मार्क्स अनिवार्य)। इसमें आपके ट्रेड से संबंधित प्रश्न होते हैं, जैसे Electrician, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Heat Engine, Welder आदि। जिस ट्रेड से आपने ITI/Diploma किया है, उसी ट्रेड का सिलेबस आपको पढ़ना होगा।
