Yadvendra Singh Pal, the Founder and Director of Unictest Pvt. Ltd., is a testament to the power of perseverance, self-learning, and a vision to make a difference in the education sector.
Born on March 12, 1999, in Husenpur Kakrala (Post Rustamgarh, Etah district, Uttar Pradesh), Yadvendra is the eldest of three siblings. He comes from a disciplined and supportive family background—his father serves as a Sub-Inspector in the Uttarakhand Police, and his mother is a dedicated homemaker.
His early education began at Pandit Gauri Datt Daani Saraswati Vidhya Mandir Inter College in Chhoi, Ramnagar (Uttarakhand), where he completed his intermediate in 2016. Driven by a passion for science and mathematics, he pursued his Bachelor of Science from Kumaun University, Nainital, graduating in 2019. Following his graduation, Yadvendra relocated to Agra and dedicated two years to intensive offline coaching, preparing for government examinations. Concurrently, he enrolled in a Master's program in Mathematics at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, completing his M.Sc. in 2023.
Yadvendra's professional journey began in the ed-tech industry, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He started as a Business Development Trainee at Byju's in August 2023, followed by a role as an Academic Counsellor at Testbook starting December 2023. In November 2024, he advanced to the position of Senior Academic Counsellor at Infinity Learn. However, driven by a desire to create a larger impact and build something of his own, he transitioned from his job in 2025 to pursue a Master's in Computer Application (MCA) from GLA University, Mathura.
It was during this time that he immersed himself in learning coding and software development. In August 2025, Yadvendra laid the first stone of the Unictest project. Working single-handedly, he developed the entire website, application, and end-to-end infrastructure from scratch. His relentless hard work culminated in the official registration of Unictest Pvt. Ltd. on January 18. Today, Unictest stands not just as a platform, but as a reflection of its founder's journey—built with dedication, entirely bootstrapped, and designed to empower students across the nation.
